Subprocessor register.

This register lists the principal subprocessors ALL SURE LTD uses to provide Brain of Record. A Customer authorises these providers through the Terms of Service.

Cloudflare, Inc.

Purpose: global edge delivery, Cloudflare Workers compute, rate limiting, OAuth token storage in KV, and object/file storage in R2.

Data: network and request metadata, authentication records, OAuth grant metadata, and Customer Content stored in or transmitted through Cloudflare services.

Location: global network, including the United Kingdom, European Economic Area and United States.

PlanetScale, Inc.

Purpose: managed PostgreSQL database and backups.

Data: accounts, memberships, permissions, API-key hashes, documents, frontmatter, Markdown bodies and document versions.

Location: primary database in AWS London (eu-west-2); PlanetScale support subprocessors may operate in other listed locations.

Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend)

Purpose: transactional email delivery, including one-use login links and essential service messages.

Data: recipient name and email address, message content and delivery metadata.

Location: United States. Resend participates in the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and provides contractual safeguards.

Customer-chosen services

An AI provider, MCP host or connector chosen and controlled by the Customer is not our subprocessor merely because the Customer directs BoR to exchange information with it. The Customer is responsible for assessing that provider and its terms. If we later operate a connector provider on the Customer's behalf, we will add the provider to this register before it begins processing.

Changes

We will give Customers at least 30 days' written notice before adding or replacing a material subprocessor. A Customer may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within 14 days as described in the Terms.
